I operate Yogi’s mastiff rescue & I used to feed all the dogs raw butt by the time they get used to eating raw then they go to their new home &  go back on kibble. However my own personal dogs most of which are mastiffs have eaten raw for years. I recently just lost my two senior girls who far surpassed the average age of a mastiff. Sydney was 11 & Mandy was 16. Sydney had health issues but Mandy just played down one day & fell asleep & that was it. She was a rescue at eight years old &  thrived on all Raw. Saying I love my pet carnivore is an understatement! My dog was raised on raw & due to vet suggestions for her allergies I took her off raw & putt her on American kibble. She lost all her hair on her face she had hives &  open sores & she was miserable!!!! I decided it was time to switch back to raw. I did a lot of research & came across my pet carnivore & I will never get food from any other company ever again! Her allergies have totally cleared up & her hair has almost fully grown back. The customer service is amazing the packages always come in in perfect condition. I’ve been at work all day at times &  the package was still frozen solid when i got home at night. The prices are so cheap for raw food & the quality of the meat is amazing! This is BrooksZ.

He is a 27 month old English Lab. He is a Massive Behemoth, 101 pounds of Amazing Canine.  He splits time between Charlotte NC &  Rangeley Maine.

Prior to finding My Pet Carnivore he was eating one of the best Organic Frozen Foods available. I am obsessive when it comes to my dogs nutrition- so many horror stories of poor food destroying the health of our pups, there was no way I would feed my dogs anything that could create Health Issues.

The problem was that the Carbohydrate in the food was wrecking havoc with his body. Chronic Ear Inflammation was heartbreaking. I refused to just cover up the issue with medicine so I sought out the Best Raw Turkey Food I could find.

I tried other companies before finding My Pet Carnivore. A few made quality food but their packaging was poor. By the time the food got to Charlotte or our rural home in Maine, it was completely defrosted &  would almost fall out of the soggy cardboard boxes that were used.

From my first order with My Pet Carnivore it was obvious that this company played at an entirely different level of performance &  professionalism. The food has always arrived frozen whether it was shipped to Charlotte or Maine.

Hi, My mom, Rita, picked up an order of raw food from you all in Lexington today. I just finished picking up my portion from her house & am thrilled with the quality of your products. I have been feeding my three mini dachshunds raw for some time now, & am thrilled to have found such a wonderful source of local raw food. In October of 2015 I agreed to Foster a Newfoundland — Ebony came to me in bad shape & had completely shut down to the world. I believe she had been a puppy mill mom. She had obviously been kept in a cage, we could tell that by the fact that her teeth had been worn down to nubs from chewing on cage bars. With the funding of the rescue we had a couple of major dental surgeries which relieved most of the pain she was in. I was looking forward to getting her the social & mental rehab she needed in order for her to start enjoying life. A few months later I received devastating news — in April 2016 Ebony was diagnosed with a High Grade Fibro sarcoma in her mouth & the vet told me there was nothing that could be done & I could expect to have her put down in a month or less. I had been feeding my own dog raw for a few years — but had used the commercially prepared raws —  Feeding 2 newfoundlands raw was a bit out of my price range — but Ebony had made it clear that raw was what she needed. A friend discovered your company &  forwarded the information on to me. So mid year 2016 I started feeding Ebony meat from My Pet Carnivore (balance with other fresh foods). This brought feeding 2 Newfs raw at least into a price range that I could manage. On Jan 3, 2017 I took Ebony back to the vet — the tumor in the soft tissue had gone away completely & the bone that had been initially deteriorated by the cancer had actually increased in Bone density. This was nothing short of a Miracle. In talking with some of the people that helped with Ebony’s holistic treatment — it was brought to my attention that Grass Fed Beef contains vitamin K2 (which can stimulate bone regeneration). So I would like to thank you for doing what you do — & just to let you know that you are making differences in the lives of pets & the in the lives of the humans who are their guardians. I have something I would like to share with you. I have had my Collie for three years. He was a rescue pup. Allergies from the start. I tried multiple foods, some worked some didn’t. Nothing that seemed to be working lasted. He has seasonal allergies as well as certain food intolerance issues. Steroids on & off…antibiotics too. I came to a point where I had no choice but to try something totally different. So I started raw in November, found you through a friend in December. I am amazed. The change did not happen overnight…but amazing the difference in the last few months. He still has seasonal allergies & certain food intolerance, but his body is better able to cope with them. Hi there! I just wanted to take a second to thank you guys. I moved to Michigan not to long ago & have ordered from you twice. The first time I had placed the order to be shipped, the next day you guys called me to tell me there was a pick up location not to far away from me &  offered to change my order & save my the shipping cost. The second order I missed the deadline for this months pick up, but decided to place the order anyways figuring at least that way I would have it in for next months delivery. You sent me an email right after I placed my order to let me know you could get my order on this months delivery. I am blown away at your customer service & think you guys are amazing & really care about your customers (both the ones who pay for it & the furry ones that enjoy it!) it’s not often a company would take time out of their day to save their customers money & give them an incredible experience & I wanted to say thank you so much! She still itched when I was supplementing with raw from the store but since switching her to totally MPC she has lost the red skin &  the itching is steadily diminishing. Dear Suzanne & Paul, OK, this is a gushy “I love My Pet Carnivore” story from a first-time customer. Be prepared for email drooling. I have 3 cats & have been feeding them a raw diet for 3 years now, mostly from beef, pork, chicken, turkey, & what little organs I can find at the supermarket, supplementing with good quality canned food. I ran across your website when I was looking for a source for Green Tripe (I accidentally bought the bleached white kind at Jungle Jim’s), & I’m so glad I did! The thing that got me to order, is that you make deliveries to several cities, & a couple of your stops was nearby. For only a $12.50 extra charge (which I hope covers your gas!) I could meet you at the designated parking lot or store &  pick up my order, thus avoiding the packing in dry ice & shipping charges that can be well over $50 ordering from other places on the internet. So I went a little wild, ordering small amounts of organs I couldn’t find elsewhere (beef pancreas, chicken hearts, beef kidneys, green tripe), & tried out your whole ground pork, chicken, duck, lamb, goose, goat, muskrat, turkey necks, chicken supermix & the chunk young beef, mutton, goat, chicken necks…Have to say, it’s all great! I met you both briefly in Florence, KY (&  your beautiful dogs!), & it only took a couple of minutes to get the items in my car &  be on my way. I am keenly aware of your dedication to the business &  your customer service since my husband & I run a business of our own, too (Video Watchdog – we publish a video magazine for Science fiction, Horror & Fantasy films). So taking your dogs along with you is not only practical but promotional for the product as well! They look beautiful & happy. When I got home (4 hours later – I did some Christmas shopping at the mall), I put everything in my extra refrigerator. It took a couple of days before some of it thawed a bit (took a week for everything to finish thawing- it was so solidly frozen!). Then I broke it down into smaller packages since my 3 cats only eat 4 oz each (12 oz day) total. Then I froze it again. The ground items you supplied frozen in deli containers looked very fresh & pink as they thawed, &  they still look fresh & pink when I unwrap the individual re-frozen portions. The chunk items in baggies were frozen together in the freezer bag, so when they thawed enough to separate, I divided them into daily chunks to re-freeze. Now I pull out a packet, thaw it & cut it up into the sizes my cats can handle at the time I feed them. I am amazed how red & delicious they still look! My cats go bonkers over the mutton chunks, & will gnaw at the bones to get every last piece.  They needed a small transition period for the other new meats, but they didn’t turn their noses up at anything, & now they eat everything! I’m glad the chunk meats contain bits of liver, kidney (& possibly other “surprises” too) as well as bones. My cats can’t eat hard thick bones, so I took as much raw meat off of the bones as I could, threw the bones into the crock pot with a little water, & cooked them down. Tossed the bones away &  kept the remaining bits of meat, gristle, fat, etc. to feed at treat time. So practically nothing was wasted. I started my cats on raw at a fairly late stage in life (at ages 11, 11 & one at age 3). I tried ordering chunk meats over the internet before, & was very disappointed with the leaks in the bags & the quality of the chunk meat when it arrived. It looked gray, &  smelled old. But yours looks absolutely amazing! I am very happy to add the variety to my cats’ daily diet that I can’t find at the supermarket. I would love it if you could look into getting some small prey items, like frozen mice (pinkies & feeder mice), hamsters, quail, etc. I’m sure my cats will need a transition period before they figure out how to eat mice since they didn’t learn from their mothers, & it’s so expensive to try to order a small amount to try out over the internet. Hello Suzanne & Paul, This is Lynn that picked up my first order of cooling meats in Brunswick last week. I added the duck to the rabbit that Kala was eating & with just the addition of the duck, in less than a week I’ve noticed a huge difference in her. Her mood seems happier, she has more energy, & her fur is much nicer (not greasy). I’m pretty sure the only change is adding the duck. Will try the fish with her soon also.

Hi -After getting my second order, I wanted to say thank you for providing such a nice variety of quality foods! I have not had so much fun making my dogs’ meals in a long time. It had always been a struggle to find variety in the quantity I need. I especially like the packaging where even cases are divided up. It saves so much time not having to partially thaw huge cases &  repackage them in smaller portions. I’ll be a lifelong customer & have about half a dozen of my puppy buyers on board too!
