Terms of Sale
Ordering
To make a purchase, (i)
sign into your My Pet Carnivore (MPC) account or create an MPC Account if you
do not have one (this step can be skipped if shopping as a “guest”; (ii) begin
adding items desired to be purchased into the virtual shopping cart; (iii) go
to checkout and provide your billing and shipping information; and (iv) confirm
the details of what you are purchasing and that you have read and accept these
Terms of Sale and any applicable end user license agreement and click the “Place
Order” button to complete the order. You will then receive a purchase
confirmation email from us. To cancel your order at any time prior to
completion of the order, call the MPC Office at (317) 694-4749 or email the
office at orders@mypetcarnivore.com.
Delivery
MPC happily delivers any
and all products available on the MPC website according to the delivery method
chosen. If you chose to meet us on one of our routes, MPC will wait for no more
than 5 minutes at each location before leaving for the next delivery. Missed
pickups are covered below. MPC makes every effort to arrive at each location as
scheduled. However, last-minute delays may be caused by traffic, construction,
weather, or mechanical difficulties. When delays arise, MPC will make efforts
to contact those along the route to apprise all purchasers of the change in
schedule.
Shipping
Orders can be shipped so
long as the purchaser is willing to cover the cost of shipping. Currently, MPC
ships Monday-Friday each week. Deliveries will be sent via FedEx. Before
finalizing an order, the purchaser will be provided with a quote for the cost
of both the products requested as well as that of the shipping charge. All MPC
food is shipped frozen, but there is no guarantee as to how frozen the products
will be upon arrival. All efforts will be made to keep products as cold as
possible, and purchasers may be assured that if there is some thawing that
takes place, refreezing the products will not affect the quality.
Payment & Taxes
Payments for products
purchased on the MPC website must be made by major credit card. Sales taxes for
purchases will be charged according to state, county, and local laws and code.
Returns
Due to the perishable
nature of our products we do not accept returns. Please contact us with any
questions.
Packing / Delivery
Mistakes
Customers are required
to alert us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery regarding any missing or
mis-packed items to receive a credit or replacement item.
Missed Connection at
Drop-Off Locations
Customers not arriving on
time to meet our delivery driver during any of the routes agree to the
following considerations:
- First miss – Forfeiture of the
delivery fee but refund of the products ordered.
- Second miss – Forfeiture of the
delivery fee and a 20% re-stocking fee against the products ordered.
- Third miss – Forfeiture of the
delivery fee and a 50% re-stocking fee against the products ordered.
- Fourth miss – Complete
forfeiture of the purchase and a loss of route pick-up privileges.
Customers will be free to order from that point on using our FedEx
shipping services or Headquarters pickup only.
