Behold, 100% Ground Green Beef Tripe in a 2 LB. deli container! We offer the finest quality tripe, if we do say so ourselves! It is coarse ground from Michigan-raised, grass-fed, USDA-approved dairy cattle. It is all natural with no preservatives or additives. Unlike other brands, our tripe contains no denaturing agents. It is also steroid-free, hormone-free & antibiotic-free.
Tripe is fed as meat & as with all of our tripe products, we use only the best parts of the stomach, that is, the ruminants' first two stomach chambers: the rumin & the reticulum. Our beef tripe has been lightly washed, coarsely ground then frozen in its natural state.
Our grass-fed cows supply tripe high in chlorophyll as well as a product unmatched in its cal/phos ratios. It also provides an overall low phosphorous content making it a good choice for pets needing liver & kidney support. Tripe is naturally high in Lactic Acid Bacteria, known as Lactobacillus Acidophilus, commonly found in many probiotic supplements. Tripe also has a high acid content which assists in keeping your pet's teeth clean. Furthermore, tripe provides extra fat for a shiny coat & quick energy.
Warning: Tripe does not exactly smell like roses! It smells like a cow barn in the middle of summer. Your dogs will love it!

Suggested Uses

Our green tripe is a great product for puppies & adults & provides loads of healthy digestive enzymes to help your pet digest & utilize all the great raw food in his or her diet. It is fed as meat & can be used in conjunction with other organs or bones or fed just by itself. We generally give our own boys 2 to 3 meals of tripe per week, but it can be fed more often if desired. Ground or “chunked”, tripe is a tremendous choice for your pet. Just be sure to balance the diet over the course of several days with an appropriate amount of bones & organs (10% of each).
