It's a wholesome "family size" of coarse-ground whole Michigan chickens including meat, bones & organs in a large deli container. This grind is whole prey & also contains the head & feet - no feathers. Each chicken was lovingly selected, artisanally butchered & fresh frozen for optimal nutrient retention.

Keep in mind that our Ground Chicken is much different than what’s available from your grocer. Ours doesn’t have any added salt (saline). As with all of our whole-ground products, since the organs & bones are part of the mix, the flavor is going to be more pungent.
