This is an easy-to-feed pound of Coarse Ground Lamb Pancreas in a convenient-to-use 1 LB. deli container. These pancreas are sourced from USA-farmed lambs that were raised for human consumption. They were approved & processed in a local USDA facility.

We get a lot of questions about this product relative to dosing—“How much should I feed to my pet with EPI?” Feeding around 10% pancreas for everything your pet eats is a good place to start. If you are not seeing the desired results, you can increase the amount as needed. Pancreas can also be fed as an organ to pets who do not have EPI or other pancreas issues.
  • As a secreting/filtering organ, pancreas is part of that elite group of organs (along with liver, kidneys & spleen) that should make up 10% of your raw-fed pet's diet.

Suggested Uses

We get a lot of questions about this product relative to dosing—“How much should I feed to my EPI pet?” Just remember, you can feed this like any other organ. You can’t overfeed it any more than you can over feed kidney, spleen, liver, etc. For those feeding it as a hormonal replacement, try mixing in 1 or 2 large, thawed spoonfuls with their meal. If you are not seeing the desired results, you can increase the amount as needed.
